Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! The purpose of this blog is to document my goal of getting out of the rat race. I am very blessed to have been raised by a real estate investor and entrepreneurial family! I am also so blessed to be part of such a great real estate investment community here in southern california. Each day is great and things are just getting better. It has been the worst year for our countries economy in my lifetime but it is the best year for me personally financially, things are going to get better and better!
